Where Your Experience Will Exceed Your Expectations

Living far from a good drug rehab center doesn’t have to be an excuse anymore. At the Midwest Institute for Addition (MIA), we know that traveling to get quality addiction treatment often ends up as a barrier to treatment. Now, it is easier than ever to receive world class treatment, even if you live in remote areas of Maryville. Our Telemedicine approach to treatment brings the alcohol and drug rehab to you, in the privacy of your own home. Imagine getting the help you need, when you need it, customized specifically for your addiction.

A Comprehensive Treatment Team

No two people are the same. With this in mind, we offer a free consultation, then carefully and thoroughly assess how your body is dealing with the addiction. At Midwest Institute for Addition, we offer a unique series of programs and sessions designed to take you from where you currently are, to where you want to be. Unlike other drug rehab centers in Maryville, we don’t just treat the addiction. We treat the whole person; the emotional, social, physical, and spiritual issues that will arise when someone has become dependent on alcohol or drugs. Each participant in the Midwest Institute for Addiction is viewed and treated as an individual, assigned to a specific team of doctors, therapists, dieticians, meditation experts, and wellness specialists, whose sole goal is to bring you into a better version of yourself. We take it a step further, though. Once you have completed the program, you will have access to our center and the support you need for life. We are that dedicated to preventing relapses. All of this is available to you via our Telemedicine program.

A Quality of Life Approach

Drug rehab offered via Telemedicine is a program that is undertaken using technology that is HIPAA approved in combination with support personnel who are on-the-ground in your area. At the Midwest Institute for Addiction, those who opt for the telemedicine option will still need to schedule in-person visits with our doctors for the initial evaluation and once each year, allowing you to enhance the relationships you have with our professional and ensure we deliver the highest level of care possible. We share information with your doctor, therapist, (as permitted by you) and work with local multi-disciplinary professionals close to you to deliver a complete and effective treatment program.
If you are suffering from substance abuse and addiction, then you know that it can have an impact on all the areas of your life, and not just your health. Using our telemedicine protocol, we work with you, and local professionals, to support your recovery, as well as offering a holistic approach to improving your quality of life. Each person deals with addiction differently, so your treatment should be as unique as you are. We will offer you the tools to cope with cravings, and utilize Buprenorphine as well as other known pharmacological therapies, to assist in your recovery. What MIA offers you through their exclusive telemedicine program is privacy, medical care and detox, psychiatric care, oversight of the recovery program coordination with professionals in your area, as well as supportive counseling to help you increase the quality of life with your family, friends, co-workers, and others in your community. If it’s time to put your life back together, then the telemedicine program can help.
